So here we are. Leap Day. Adding yet another day to February, the coldest, darkest most difficult month of the year.
Who the hell came up with that plan?
There were twelve months to choose from. Do you think anyone would have objected to an extra day in June? Would a June 31st every four years have thrown the world into a tizzy?
I DON'T THINK SO!!!!
But, leave it to the bureaucrats. Just tack the extra day onto the shortest month. What does it matter, when you're a bureaucrat? YOU HAVE NO SOUL!!!!
Anyone else looking forward to March and, possibly, thoughts of Spring?
